We work around your existing schedules and adapt the time and type of training to minimise disturbance to your workplace. We also assess the current skill levels of your employees, acknowledge their achievements and ensure their qualifications are recognised.

Online & E-learning

Chisholm uses the internet and mobile technologies to enhance our training facilities and deliver more effective and creative training and workforce development programs to our clients. Examples of programs currently in action including the Virtual Enterprise tool for business students and the ‘Window to the World’ interactive technology operating at our Berwick facility.

Frankston

With a $5.6m Business Centre, fully operational student training restaurant, hair and beauty student training facility, well-equipped fitness centre and library, our Frankston location offers a superb range of facilities to cater for a variety of training needs. The health training simulation laboratory here – part of the Centre of Integrated Health and Community Well-being – offers outstanding training facilities to cater for a full range of health and aged care programs.

Dandenong 

Our largest location, Chisholm Dandenong offers an outstanding range of facilities including a training restaurant, hair and beauty facilities and our new $9.2m Access and Language Centre with the latest in education and training design and purpose-built classrooms and computer laboratories. Also located at Chisholm Dandenong is our Centre for Integrated Engineering and Sciences (CIES) featuring state-of-the-art training facilities for a wide range of established and developing technology areas, a dedicated Prototyping Centre and Polymer Testing Laboratory.

Berwick

Our Berwick location offers the broadest range of modern training facilities in the region, including computer engineering and electronics and multimedia training centres which boast the latest technology. This location is also home to our new $13.1m Berwick TEC (Technical Education Centre), which has a range of dedicated, state-of-the-art training facilities for 15-19 year olds.

Cranbourne

At Chisholm Cranbourne we have a variety of training resources including modern computer and multimedia training rooms and an impressive library. This location is highly regarded for its outstanding horticulture facilities, including a unique wetlands area. Cranbourne is also the site of Chisholm’s Water Centre, the dedicated training facility that has helped make us the leading supplier of compliance-based training services to the water industry in Victoria.

Rosebud

Set in the delightful Mornington Peninsula, Chisholm Rosebud offers an outstanding range of training facilities including a full-service training restaurant and kitchen, hair and beauty salon and the latest technology for learning business and accounting skills. Rosebud also has one of the most extensive horticulture training complexes in the region, comprising greenhouses, a turf management training facility and sports turf assessment area.

Bass Coast

Based in fast-growing Wonthaggi, our Bass Coast location provides outstanding workforce development programs to local businesses and organisations, particularly those working in the tourism, events and hospitality sectors. The IT and business courses we run from Chisholm Bass Coast are well known locally for their superb quality. We also offer workforce development support to other regional industries including agriculture, construction and health and community services.

International

The Australian qualifications that Chisholm delivers are valued all over the world, so you will find Chisholm establishing training arrangements, training trainers and running courses in many overseas countries. Our workforce development programs are extremely flexible and can be adapted to fit the needs of local industry globally.
