Skills for Growth: the Workforce Development Program is a Victorian Government initiative dedicated to working with small and medium-sized businesses to explore training and education opportunities that will benefit the business and develop the skills of their staff.
Whatever industry your business is involved in, you will always need skilled and job-ready people to help you meet your goals in the short, medium and longer term.
The program provides a team of independent specialists who work with you - free of charge - to;
- identify your strategic business aims and objectives
- assess the skills of your workforce and identify opportunities for skills development.
- design a customised workforce training plan in consultation with you.
- help you to find the most appropriate training for your business needs.
- assess your eligibility for Government training subsidies.
Chisholm Institute has been selected by the Victorian Government as a state-wide service provider.

Open to Victorian businesses employing from 1— 200 staff and who have been operating for a minimum of 12 months.
